
Every
night the 'little penguins' come back to their homes after searching for food
and make their way up the beach in front of huge crowds from all over the world.
In
the Koala Conservation Centre the rangers from the Phillip Island Nature Park
protect and care for the current koala population. From beautifully
constructed boardwalks the koalas and birds are viewed in their natural
surroundings.
The
seal colony lives on Seal Rocks off The Nobbies and can be viewed at a distance
from The Nobbies or close up on the 'Seal Watching Cruises' departing from the
Cowes Jetty.
Every
day at around 11.30 a.m. the pelicans are fed by the Fishermen's Coop on the
beach at the San Remo Pier.
